Yes, there is a version of ArcSoft PhotoImpression that works on Windows 10. However, the specific version number is not mentioned in the given question.
The print is so tiny I have to about put my nose on the monitor to see it.

Yes, there is a fix for the issue you mentioned. You can try adjusting the display settings on your computer or checking if there are any updates available for ArcSoft PhotoImpression that might address this problem.
I have installed the driver and software as directed. I have the Filmscanner (actual one that came with this program, not just another similar device) plugged into my laptop via USB and the red "PWR" light is on. But when I go to acquire from scanner and I select the OVT scanner option I get error message telling me I need to get the proper device

It seems like there might be an issue with the device recognition or driver compatibility. To resolve this, you can try the following steps:
Make sure you have installed the correct driver for your Filmscanner device.
Check if there are any updates available for both the driver and the ArcSoft PhotoImpression software, and install them if necessary.
Restart your computer and try again.
If the issue persists, you may need to contact the support team for ArcSoft PhotoImpression or the manufacturer of the Filmscanner for further assistance. They should be able to provide specific troubleshooting steps or address any compatibility issues.

You can download the application through the download page at Software Informer. Luckily for you, there is a 4.0 version. Unfortunately, I couldn't find other version except 4.0 and 6.5, the one you've been mentioned about. Access the page, click on the Download button next to 4.0 and wait for a few seconds.
How do I change the DPI in Arcsoft Photo Impression 4 from 200 to 300 or more?

You can change the DPI setting after you click the Get Photo button. A new window will appear which will allow you to change various settings related to the scanning procedure. Make sure that before attempting a scanning operation to properly connect the device which will be used to scan. A bigger DPI setting will also increase the scanning time.
With PhotoImpression 4.0 it was really easy to right click a photo and then transfer it on another photo in the program. I am sure that ArcSoft PhotoImpression 6.5 has this capability, but I can't find it. Can you help me?

In order to combine two or more photos together, launch the application, select them using Shift + left click and then press the Click to view icon. If you have problems, use the contact information from the official web page to get in touch with the support team.
Go to Start, type cmd in the Search programs and files field and open the utility using Administrator rights. Type regsvr32 wbemdisp.dll, press the Enter key and after you receive the DllRegisterServer in wbemdisp.dll succeeded message, click OK and restart your computer. If the error still occurs, remove the application from your computer and reinstall it.
I want to re-install the program. Is there anyway to install again without the disc?
